Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about courses and career paths

- Guide students through the admission process

- Follow up with leads and enquiries

- Support enrolled students during training

- Coordinate with college and placement teams

- Maintain CRM records and meet enrollment targets

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in student counselling or admissions

- Excellent communication skills

- Solid empathy and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel

- Student-first, target-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
