Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students aspiring to pursue MBA/PGDM programs.
- Understand students’ career goals, educational backgrounds, and preferences.
- Guide students in selecting suitable colleges, MBA specializations, and admission options.
- Explain entrance exams, eligibility criteria, fee structures, placements, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with students over calls and WhatsApp to assist them throughout the admission process.
- Address students’ and parents’ queries and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain student records and follow-up details using Excel or the company’s CRM system.
- Work with the team to achieve counselling and admission targets.

Who Can Apply?





- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduates from any stream can apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service will have an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills and confidence while speaking with people.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset.
