Accountant, Jewellery Manufacturing

Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally (or similar): sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries
- Track accounts of material sourcing
- Process karigar and job-work payments, including labour charges and advances
- Prepare GST invoices and e-way bills, and handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation
- Manage TDS/TCS deductions and filings
- Prepare export invoices and documentation, and track foreign remittances
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer ledgers, and track receivables and payables
- Support inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and costing of jobs
- Prepare monthly MIS and coordinate with CA for audits, ITR, and statutory compliance

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
