- Order Fulfillment & Dispatches: Process and manage customer orders across e-commerce channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify), retail stores, or B2B/bulk distributor networks.
- Transportation & Fleet Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to schedule timely pickups and deliveries
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock inward/outward entries, conduct physical stock audits, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and handle essential shipping papers—such as E-way bills, tax invoices, LR copies, delivery challans, and export/import paperwork (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin)
- Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate freight and vendor rates, track carrier performance, and control overall logistics and transportation expenses
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily dispatch logs, track key performance indicators (KPIs),



and generate Excel-based

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Technical Skills: Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data reporting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), ERP/inventory software, Tally (for billing/GST integration), and e-commerce seller portals
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of local/domestic transport networks, Indian GST/E-way bill regulations, or basic export-import customs clearance (depending on the industry)
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, problem-solving under tight dispatch deadlines, vendor negotiation, and multitasking abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
