We are looking for confident, outgoing, well-groomed, and sales-driven professionals to join our growing team and represent Zivaya Wellness at premium hospitality locations.

Position Overview

The selected candidates will be responsible for guest engagement, promoting wellness and spa services, generating revenue, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is a guest-facing and target-oriented role that combines hospitality, relationship management, sales, and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities. Guest Engagement & Sales

- Proactively approach, greet, and engage guests in hotel lobbies and lounges.
- Introduce guests to wellness services, express therapies, and promotional offers.
- Convert guest interactions and walk-in enquiries into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest requirements and preferences.
- Maintain an active presence in designated areas to maximize guest engagement.

2. Revenue Generation & Promotions

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate business through guest interactions and effective sales techniques.
- Coordinate with hotel departments for cross-promotional activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, offers,



and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of enquiries, leads, and sales conversions.

3. Guest Experience & Brand Representation

- Deliver a warm, professional, and premium guest experience.
- Represent Zivaya Wellness as a brand ambassador.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and basic service-related concerns.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and outlet presentation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

4. Outlet Operations & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and service readiness.
- Monitor daily outlet activities and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hotel policies, hygiene standards, and airport regulations wherever applicable.
- Support team management and operational responsibilities as per the designated position.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to initiate conversations with guests.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Experience in credit card sales, club memberships, luxury retail, hospitality, beauty,



or wellness sales will be preferred.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle guests professionally and deliver high service standards.
