What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Policy Servicing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of policy servicing operations and be able to lead a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers. The Associate Manager will be responsible for managing a team of officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, and developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills.

What does the job entail?

- Manage and oversee the servicing of policies, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyze and interpret policy documents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, claims teams, and other departments.




- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure policies are accurately priced and issued.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on policy servicing procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of policy servicing, including tracking and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation, including policy wordings and guidelines.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve policy servicing processes and procedures.
