Job Summary

Jain Hospital is looking for an experienced Facility & Utility Incharge to manage and supervise daily hospital facility operations, maintenance activities, utility services, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall hospital building and facility maintenance, including civil, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Monitor HT/LT electrical panels, DG sets, and power backup systems.
- Manage HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and air-conditioning maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Supervise biomedical waste segregation, collection, and disposal.
- Monitor water supply, pumps, and other essential utility services.
- Handle daily maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external vendors.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules, safety compliance,



and proper documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- ITI candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility & Utility Management.
- Hospital or healthcare facility experience preferred.
- Good technical knowledge, team handling, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
