Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators on Instagram and YouTube.

* Discover creators across beauty, skincare, personal care, fitness and wellness niches.

* Reach out to creators through Instagram DMs, emails and WhatsApp.

* Introduce The Collab Theory and explain potential brand collaboration opportunities.

* Follow up with interested creators and encourage them to register with our agency.

* Collect creator information, social media insights, contact details and collaboration rates.

* Verify creator profiles, content quality and audience engagement.

* Maintain and regularly update the creator database using Google Sheets.

* Categorise creators based on niche, location, follower count and other relevant details.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with onboarded creators.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of Instagram and YouTube.

* Interest in influencer marketing and social media.

* Basic research and data management skills.

* Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Forms.

* Ability to communicate professionally through DMs, emails and WhatsApp.





* Good organisational and follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.

* Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing is preferred.

* Prior experience in influencer marketing is not mandatory.
