We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
- Promote and sell PeopleOrbit HRMS software solutions to businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.




- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales records, client information and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in software sales, SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
