Saraswati Group of Colleges is seeking an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented professional for its Corporate Relations Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate partnerships, establishing strong industry connections, coordinating with organizations, and creating opportunities for student placements, internships, training, and industry–academia collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, industries, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and companies.
- Identify and establish new corporate partnerships for placements, internships, training, and recruitment opportunities.
- Build and manage industry–academia relationships.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement activities, and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Initiate and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with organizations.
- Organize corporate meetings, industry visits, guest lectures, seminars, and recruitment events.




- Identify employment opportunities for students across relevant industries.
- Maintain a corporate database and regularly follow up with industry partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and placement teams to fulfil corporate requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen institutional growth and student career opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Institutional Relations, or Industry Partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Experience in corporate tie-ups, MoUs, business development, or placement coordination will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage corporate partnerships and achieve organizational targets.
