Manager - PMO Governance & Project Financial Tracking (Healthcare)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager - PMO Governance & Project Financial Tracking to drive program governance, financial oversight, reporting excellence, and operational discipline across large healthcare engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong healthcare domain experience, expertise in project financial management, and a proven track record of managing large-scale PMO functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, standards, templates, reporting mechanisms, and review cadences.
- Own project financial tracking, including budget management, forecasting, revenue tracking, margin analysis, and variance reporting.
- Consolidate program plans, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, financials, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Drive governance discipline around action tracking, change management, escalations, and document control.
- Facilitate and support Steering Committee (SteerCo), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Program Governance, and leadership review meetings.
- Maintain a single source of truth for project plans, approvals, financials, audit records, and program documentation.
- Monitor project health, identify risks proactively, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with delivery, finance, healthcare SMEs,



and client stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Experience & Qualification
- 10+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management Office, or Program Governance roles within large-scale engagements.
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Strong experience in project financial tracking, budget management, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cost optimization.
- Experience managing program dashboards, KPI reporting, resource management, and governance reviews.
- Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
