As we expand our real estate and hospitality portfolio, we are looking for a finance professional with a strong Investment Banking background to drive debt and equity fundraising, financial structuring, and capital-raising initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a agile finance professional with 5–8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in raising debt and equity capital, executing financial transactions, preparing financial models, and managing relationships with investors and financial institutions.

A strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting is essential. However, the primary focus of the role will be fundraising and investment banking transactions rather than routine accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Debt & Equity Fundraising

- Identify and execute debt and equity fundraising opportunities.
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, institutional investors, and financial institutions.
- Support debt syndication, equity placements, structured finance, and capital-raising transactions.
- Prepare funding proposals, financial presentations, and investment memorandums.
- Assist in negotiating financing terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and investment terms.





Investment Banking & Transaction Execution
- Execute fundraising transactions from initial structuring through due diligence and closure.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment proposals.
- Develop Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis, business valuations, and investment feasibility assessments.
- Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, lenders, and investors during transaction execution.

Financial Modelling & Strategic Analysis
- Develop financial models, cash flow projections, and business valuation models.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for real estate, hospitality, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate capital structures, project returns, and funding requirements.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and investment decisions.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain a working understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance and identify funding requirements.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for financial data, reporting, and due diligence.
- Support financial controls and compliance during fundraising transactions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or Transaction Advisory.




- Proven experience in debt and equity fundraising.
- Hands-on involvement in fundraising transactions and financial deal execution.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates with purely accounting, taxation, auditing, or financial reporting experience will not be considered.

Mandatory: Investment Banking experience with actual exposure to both debt and equity fundraising.

Candidates should be able to explain the transactions they have executed, the capital raised, and their individual contribution to the deal closure.
