- Lead the design and development of agricultural implements compatible with tractors across different HP segments.
- Develop current agricultural implements based on market requirements, customer needs and product specifications.
- Lead the complete design and development cycle, from concept development to prototype validation and product launch.
- Design and develop implement assemblies, mechanisms, structures and related components.
- Prepare and review 3D models, 2D engineering drawings, BOMs and technical specifications.
- Ensure design feasibility, product performance, durability, reliability and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Tractor Design, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchase.
- Drive design reviews, engineering changes and continuous product improvement initiatives.
