We are Hiring Manager-Finance Transformation
Industry - Consulting
Ideally, a CA with 7-8yrs experience in similar industry.
Responsible for:
1. Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across the Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Adoption lifecycle.
2. Works closely with CFOs and business leaders to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and value creation.
3. Hands-on exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) /Record-to-Report (R2R) / Taxation / Budgeting / Forecasting
4. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
5. Solid understanding of finance automation technologies, including: Robotic Process Automation (RPA); Workflow and BPM platforms; Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau); Data Analytics (SQL, Power Query, Alteryx or equivalent); AI and Generative AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, SAP Joule, AI agents), etc.
