The Manager - FP & A / Finance Business Support will partner with business, Sales, Delivery and HR leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, profitability and revenue performance. The role will provide financial analysis and commercial support for business decisions, strengthen cost discipline, and support compensation planning aligned to business performance.

Role

Key responsibilities

- Manage annual budgeting, AOP and periodic forecasting, including revenue, cost, margin and profitability modelling.
- Track budget versus actual performance, explain key variances, and maintain visibility on gross margin and operating profit.
- Monitor and control costs against revenue and budget; identify efficiency opportunities and support cost-saving actions.
- Track revenue performance with Sales and Delivery teams, identify gaps, support closure actions and improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify and prevent revenue leakage, including billing or missed-revenue gaps, through proactive performance reviews with stakeholders.
- Prepare and govern sales pricing / commercial analysis and maintain the pricing tool to support sound financial decisions.




- Support annual appraisal and compensation planning through financial modelling, budget control and profitability-based recommendations.
- Partner closely with HR, Sales and Delivery on hiring plans, pricing decisions and other financial matters affecting business performance.

Skills Required
- Qualification: ICWA / MBA (Finance).
- 1-6 years of relevant experience in IT Services FP&A; or Finance Business Support.
- Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis and profitability management.
- Good understanding of revenue management, cost control, margins and business performance drivers in an IT services environment.
- Experience in sales pricing / commercial finance and supporting business decisions with financial analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Delivery, HR and leadership teams and drive closure of financial actions.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate financial data into explicit business insights and recommendations.
