? We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

? Location: Mumbai Central, Mumbai (near the railway station)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Eligibility

CA with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR

Non-CA candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Monthly book closure and preparation of financial statements.

▪ Financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS.

▪ Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, provisions and reconciliations.

▪ Oversight of statutory compliances, including direct and indirect taxes.

▪ Coordination with internal and statutory auditors and timely resolution of audit queries.

▪ Fixed asset management, capitalisation and depreciation.

▪ Strengthening internal financial controls, SOPs and accounting processes.

▪ ERP implementation,



reporting improvements and master data management.

▪ Team management, performance monitoring and development.

A detail-oriented finance professional with robust accounting knowledge, sound analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage financial reporting and compliance timelines effectively.
