About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Management Trainees who are interested in building a career in the real estate industry.

The selected candidates will work closely with different teams and learn various aspects of real estate operations, including client handling, property sourcing, presales, sales coordination, property onboarding and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements for residential and commercial properties.
- Contact potential clients, handle enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers and business clients.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new properties for rent and sale.
- Support the team in matching available properties with client requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and property transactions.
- Maintain client details, property information and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Participate in daily business activities and support team targets.
- Learn and understand different processes involved in real estate sales and operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Any degree qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Interest in real estate, sales and business development.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and work with different teams.

Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
