Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential business opportunities, target markets, and prospective clients.
- Support business development initiatives, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
- Participate in client meetings, business presentations, and sales discussions.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations,



and strategic growth plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
- Maintain sales pipelines, track business opportunities, and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with business development managers to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA / PGDM from a reputed Business School – Mandatory.
- Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong academic background and understanding of business fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
