Role Description The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely MIS reporting for operational and strategic decision-making.

Daily tasks include collecting and validating data from various departments, preparing dashboards and periodic reports,



and analyzing trends to support management in performance monitoring. The MIS Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, optimize data flows, and support implementation of current information systems or tools. The role also involves documenting procedures, ensuring data integrity, and providing user support and basic training on MIS-related applications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Proficiency in MIS Reporting with solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation and trend analysis.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, BI dashboards) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar data-driven environments is an advantage.
