Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site Makeup Artist role based in Delhi NCR.
- The Makeup Artist will provide qualified makeup application and consultation to customers, ensuring personalized looks that align with individual needs and brand standards.
- Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating products, advising on skincare and cosmetics routines, and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area.
- The role involves supporting sales through product recommendations, handling customer questions, and assisting with in-store events and promotions.




- The Makeup Artist may also participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Cosmetology and Makeup Artistry skills, with the ability to create diverse looks for different skin tones and occasions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to effectively recommend products, meet sales targets, and support overall store performance.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new techniques quickly and, where needed, support product and technique demonstrations for team members or customers.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail beauty or salon environments, basic knowledge of skincare, and familiarity with hygiene and safety standards.
- A certification or diploma in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
