Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery, production equipment, and utilities through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Ensure minimum machine downtime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other industrial machines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic system failures.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts,



and inventory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, 5S, and workplace standards.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and 5S practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
