Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair work at the site.

- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance.

- Check and maintain electrical equipment, switches, lights, fans, and other fixtures.

- Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

- Ensure all machinery and equipment are in proper working condition.

- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and equipment.

- Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair work.

- Coordinate with external technicians/vendors whenever specialized repair work is required.

- Follow all safety and workplace maintenance procedures.

- Keep maintenance tools and equipment clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle maintenance tools and equipment.

- Basic understanding of workplace safety.

- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

- Previous experience in maintenance work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,221.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
