- Should be with Electrical background and having knowledge on Mechanical front.

- Should have Certificate of Competency (Electrical ) from Government.

- Should possess Knowledge on ISO9001, ISO14001 &
- OHSAS 45001 systems in Maintenance dept

- Authorize indents & work Order Requests for Maintenance spares &

- Services

- Follow up with Accounts dept for Supplier & service provider's payments

- Authorize the Invoices for Maintenance Services

- Communicate with different Equipment manufacturers for services & troubleshooting of issues

- Ensure Environmental compliances w.r.t.

Goa State Pollution Control

- Ensure compliances related to Inspectorate of Factories &

- Boilers eg. Pressure vessels Testing

- Prepare annual budget for Maintenance dept

- Monitor & control maintenance Cost

- Maintain monthly Consumption data of Water &

- Electricity of all the units





- Maintain Machine Breakdown History for all critical machines

- Ensure the validity & continuity of Annual Maintenance contracts for different Services such as Ac, Aquagards, ect

- Assign work to subordinates for resolving machine & othe infrastructure related issues

- Monitor & analyse Equipment Breakdown Time data on monthly basis

- Monitor data for MTTR &

- MTBF

- Plan, monitor & achieve departmental Objectives

- Ensure availabilty of Spare Parts for different machineries

- Attend and troubleshoot machine breakdowns

- Impart trainings to subordinates to enhance their Maintenance Skill

- Plan & shift machines from one place to another & one plant to other plant

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
