Mandatory Skills

- Mainframe Assembler (HLASM) – 6+ years of hands-on experience.
- Robust experience in COBOL and JCL.
- Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS Mainframe.
- Knowledge of mainframe debugging tools such as IPCS and Abend-AID.
- Experience in batch and online transaction processing.
- Ability to analyze complex system logic and optimize program performance.
- Experience in Assembler and COBOL development.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe Assembler (HLASM) programs.
- Analyze existing Assembler programs and understand complex system logic.




- Work on Assembler and COBOL programs, including code analysis and conversion wherever required.
- Develop and maintain JCL jobs for batch processing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using IPCS, Abend-AID, and other mainframe tools.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support batch and online transaction processing environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
