Job Overview
Lomnith Capital Solution India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-orientated DSA Manager to join our team in Pune / PCMC.
The candidate will be responsible for managing DSA partner relationships, generating business opportunities, coordinating loan applications, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings with existing and new DSA partners.
- Make initial calls to DSA partners and schedule business development meetings.
- Visit DSAs regularly to maintain business relationships.
- Coordinate with DSA partners regarding all loan products.
- Follow up with DSAs for loan leads, customer documents, and login status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and case updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and NBFC DSA partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through DSA networking.
- Follow up on pending loan cases and business requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily meeting and field visit reports to management.
- Achieve assigned business targets through DSA partner coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with active DSA partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the DSA, banking, or NBFC industry.
- Education: 12th Pass or Above.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of loan products and banking processes.
- Valuable relationship management and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct daily field visits and meetings.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and business development.
- Knowledge of Pune and PCMC local markets is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on candidate experience and skills.
