Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Admission Manager to manage the admission process, drive student enrollments, and ensure a smooth admission experience at CADD Centre. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, managing the admission team, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete student admission process.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Counsel students and parents regarding various CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, and other technical training programs.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.
- Generate leads and convert prospective inquiries into successful admissions.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students to improve admission conversion rates.
- Manage and guide the admission counsellors and ensure team productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, academic, and training departments.
- Maintain student inquiry databases, admission records, and daily MIS reports.
- Monitor admission pipelines, conversion ratios, and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly admitted students.
- Handle admission-related complaints and resolve student concerns.




- Identify current opportunities to increase student enrollments and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in admissions, education sales, or student counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the education, training, or skill development industry.
- Knowledge of CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, and technical training courses is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling admission counsellors and managing enrollment targets.
- Knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion, and student relationship management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
