Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales targets for real estate projects.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle customer meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with positive knowledge of the local real estate market.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
