Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Transport, located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Executive - Transport will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily transportation operations, coordinating with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services, and managing staff schedules and routes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, handling transportation-related issues, and maintaining records and reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in transportation and Employee management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and software
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle transportation-related issues efficiently
Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in shuttle service operation (12-seater and above)
