Core Responsibilities1. Prospective Student Engagement & Counseling

- Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person visits to answer questions regarding programs, admissions, and campus life.
- Academic & Career Guidance: Assess student backgrounds, career goals, and eligibility to recommend suitable courses, universities, or training tracks.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns and maintain structured follow-up schedules.

2. Admissions & Application Support

- Documentation Guidance: Assist students in gathering, preparing, and verifying required documents (transcripts, letters of recommendation, test scores, financial statements).
- Application Tracking: Guide students step-by-step through application portals, submit forms accurately, and track admission status.
- Visa & Travel Assistance (for Overseas/International Roles): Advise on visa requirements, schedule interview slots, and brief students on pre-departure requirements.

3. Student Retention & Onboarding

- Orientation & Onboarding: Help design and conduct orientation sessions for current intakes to ensure a smooth transition into their programs.




- Ongoing Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with enrolled students to assess academic progress, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Issue & Grievance Resolution: Act as an internal advocate for students by coordinating with academic departments, finance, or administrative teams to resolve grievances promptly.

4. Operational & Database Management

- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and follow-up notes in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, or custom portals).
- Performance Reporting: Track conversion rates, student retention metrics, and enquiry trends for periodic review with management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing teams for student recruitment events/webinars and coordinate with finance for fee schedules and payment follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
