Key Responsibilities :-

- Handle walk-in clients, telephone enquiries, and online enquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa rules, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain proper client records and application files.
- Coordinate with universities, immigration authorities, and relevant departments.
- Ensure timely submission of complete and accurate applications.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and payments.
- Stay updated with changing immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Maintain professional relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

- Valuable knowledge of international visa processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and counselling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
