Sales Executive – Civil & Geotechnical Engineering

AES Group is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, promote company services and convert project enquiries into confirmed orders.

1. Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
- Visit construction companies, builders, contractors, consultants and industrial clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, LinkedIn, IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Promote AES services, including:
- Guniting and Shotcreting
- Soil Nailing and Soil Stabilization
- Rock Anchoring and SDA Anchors
- Structural Retrofitting
- Waterproofing
- Micropiling
- Rockfall Protection and Netting
- Gabion Wall Construction
- Industrial and Trimix Flooring
- Meet civil contractors, project managers, consultants and purchase departments.
- Understand client requirements and collect project details, BOQs and drawings.
- Coordinate with the estimation department for quotations and commercial proposals.




- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with clients.
- Develop relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Handle client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project execution requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines and daily activity reports.

2. Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may apply.
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure projects is an advantag

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
