About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 3+ years of experience to partner with business leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and employee relations while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements and business priorities.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and exit processes.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Address employee grievances, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters professionally.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs,



and organizational culture activities.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities.
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, retention, employee satisfaction, and absenteeism.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to support business hiring and workforce planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Generalist HR roles.
- Robust understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR
