- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop technical processes, procedures, documentation, and presentations.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting 24x7 infrastructure operations in multi-site, mission-critical enterprise environments.

- 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server experience, including installation, configuration, recovery, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and post-change validation.

- Experience troubleshooting production incidents and unplanned outages and implementing remediation for operating system and infrastructure security vulnerabilities.

- 5+ years of experience performing scheduled maintenance, deployments, upgrades, and release activities across multiple environments while following enterprise change-management processes.





- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting, including operating system configuration and server lifecycle management.

- Experience with enterprise management, monitoring, and deployment technologies such as Microsoft SCCM/MECM, SCOM, VMware technologies, SaltStack/Salt, and Dynatrace.

- Experience using ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing platforms.

- Good understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

- Solid organizational, prioritization, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is highly desirable.

- Microsoft or other relevant infrastructure certifications are considered an asset.
