The Hideout Gaming Lounge, Panvel

Shift: 08:00 – 16:00Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹7,500 per month, based on experience

About usThe Hideout Gaming Lounge is a gaming lounge in Panvel offering console and PC gaming. We're looking for a reliable, energetic person to run our morning and afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

- System management: Start up and shut down consoles, PCs and the POS. Manage game sessions and billing. Report technical issues.
- Inventory management: Track stock of snacks, drinks and accessories. Report low stock. Keep records up to date.
- Lounge management: Keep the lounge clean, organised and safe. Keep equipment and controllers in working order.
- Customer service and handling: Greet customers, explain rates and games, handle bookings and walk-ins, and resolve complaints politely.
- Upselling: Promote extra playtime, packages, memberships, food and drinks.




- General shop duties: Opening and closing routines, cleaning, and arranging the space.
- Administrative work: Record daily cash and UPI collections, keep shift reports, and update bookings and logs.

Requirements
- Interest in gaming and basic knowledge of consoles/PCs
- Positive communication in Hindi, Marathi and basic English
- Comfortable using a computer, POS and UPI payments
- Honest, punctual and responsible with cash
- Able to stay in Panvel and work the full 8-hour shift
- Prior retail, café or gaming-lounge experience is a plus
