Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Logistics Specialist (12 Months Contract). The position will be based under a 3rd party agency.

This a position will be based in Pune, India.

As a Logistics Specialist (12 Months Contract), you will:

All Logistics-related activities in compliance with Huntsman EHS standards, local regulations, as well as the best global practices and requirements.

Plan vehicle dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules

Maintain accurate inward and outward entries in SAP.

Prepare and share daily MIS reports for inbound and outbound activities.

Conduct and manage monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Supervise shop floor team, operations team, including manpower, forklift usage, and transport vendors.

Ensure effective coordination with internal teams such as Material Planning and Production, Quality team, Customer Service team.

Handle warehouse material planning to support smooth operations.

Generate Sales GST Tax Invoices in SAP, E way bill.

Oversee vehicle loading as per SOP while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Manage professional email communication with internal stakeholders and customer service teams.

Maintain proper documentation and filing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor and review monthly KPIs with transporters and warehouse vendors.

Track personal goals/KPIs and present performance updates to the reporting manager.

Ensure adherence to all applicable EHS regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Graduation in any respective Institute.

34 years in Logistics and Warehouse within chemical or Process industries, focusing on Logistics, Candidate should have SAP knowledge along with Excel.

Good verbal and written communication in English.

Robust working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.





Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics planning, and inventory management.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Team-oriented mindset with a disciplined approach to daily operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
