Role - Logistics Executive
Location - Edapally, Kochi (work from office)
Owns execution of the end-to-end shipment process for assigned enquiries from receiving the enquiry and sourcing vendor rates, through to shipment confirmation, execution, tracking, and final billing.
- Receives enquiries from vessel purchase teams and floats them to Oneloop vendors for rates and delivery schedule.
- Compares vendor rates, adds margin, and offers final rates to the purchase team; processes shipment only after PO confirmation.
- Executes the shipment by coordinating pickup and delivery with the vendor, and manages document confirmation with the purchaser/consignee.
- Tracks the shipment through to delivery and submits the draft invoice to the customer via the billing portal.
- Books the vendor invoice in the system after verifying it against the original quotation.
