We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage export and domestic logistics operations. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in shipment coordination, transportation management, documentation and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.

- Manage export logistics, including shipment planning and dispatch.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines and customs agents.

- Prepare and maintain export and domestic shipping documentation.

- Follow up on shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and customers.

- Monitor freight costs and transportation expenses.

- Maintain logistics records, invoices and dispatch reports.

- Resolve shipment delays and transportation-related issues.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

- Basic knowledge of export and import procedures.

- Knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- MS Excel and basic computer proficiency.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
