Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, and customer-oriented Lobby Executive to manage the restaurant's entrance and lobby area. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service team for table availability and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their respective tables.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper coordination between the lobby, reception, and restaurant staff.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance area remain clean, organised,



and presentable.
- Manage guest flow during peak hours and minimise waiting time.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Positive guest-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservations and seating management.
