Role Name LIMS Sample manager Technical SME

Responsibilities:

3+ years of hands-on experience with SampleManager LIMS

Proficient programming skills in VGL, C#, and familiarity with .NET

Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of database structure and management

Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams





Must Have Skills:

- Manage and support instrument integrations with the LIMS system
- Oversee LIMS upgrades, patches, and change management activities to ensure system stability
- Provide L2/L3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SampleManager LIMS
- Configure and maintain LIMS master data, including products, sampling plans, specifications, and methods
- Troubleshoot application errors, user access issues, and data discrepancies, ensuring minimal system downtime
- Ensure that LIMS documentation is up to date (SOPs, user guides, system configuration)

Valuable to have Skills:

- Knowledge on AWS cloud / ITIL framework
- SQL Scripting
- Oil & Gas domain knowledge
- Working in Onsite/offshore model

Location: Pan India – Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai.
