Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable End-to-End Licensing & Compliance Executive to handle all hospital licensing and regulatory compliance activities.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in obtaining, renewing, maintaining, and managing hospital licences, pharmacy licences, ART licences, and other statutory approvals. The candidate should be capable of independently handling licence-related issues, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring timely completion of all regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end hospital licensing and statutory compliance activities.
- Obtain, renew, and maintain hospital licences and registrations.
- Manage Pharmacy Licence applications, renewals, and related compliance.
- Handle ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) Centre Licence applications, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage BN/BTT-related licensing documentation and compliance, as applicable.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for licence approvals.
- Resolve hospital licence-related issues, queries, objections, and pending approvals.
- Follow up with concerned authorities for licence applications and renewals.
- Maintain complete records of all licences, certificates, approvals,



and statutory documents.
- Track licence expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate hospital inspections, audits, and regulatory visits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities.
- Independently handle licensing challenges and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with hospital management and internal departments for compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate; Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in hospital licensing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end hospital licence procedures.
- Practical experience in Pharmacy Licence and ART Centre Licence processes.
- Experience in handling licence-related issues and government authority coordination.
- Knowledge of statutory documentation, renewals, and regulatory procedures.
- Solid communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage licensing activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
