Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive with strong expertise in Property Law, Title Search Reports (TSR), and Property Legal Due Diligence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in property document verification, title investigation, legal research, and preparation of detailed Title Search Reports.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and review Title Search Reports (TSR) for various properties.
- Conduct detailed property title searches and verify ownership history.
- Examine property-related documents, including Sale Deeds, Registry Documents, Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, Mutation Records and Revenue Records.
- Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential legal risks associated with properties.
- Verify ownership, title continuity, encumbrances, mortgages, liens and other legal disputes.
- Research relevant property laws, registration laws and revenue records.




- Draft detailed legal reports and prepare property documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, government departments and relevant authorities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all property-related legal documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in TSR and Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation and land records.
- Excellent understanding of title verification and legal due diligence.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing property-related legal documents.
- Robust legal research, analytical and documentation skills.

Important: Candidates with practical experience in preparing Title Search Reports and handling property title verification will be given preference.
