We are looking for an experienced LearnWorlds Implementation & Integration Specialist to support a large-scale education portal migration project.

Key responsibilities

- Configure and customise the LearnWorlds learning workplace.
- Migrate and organise existing courses, webinars, podcasts, and educational resources.
- Prepare, import, and validate learner records and profile data.
- Implement API integrations, including accreditation reporting workflows.
- Configure HubSpot, Stripe, and event registration integrations.
- Develop automated learner registration, communication, and reporting workflows.
- Implement responsive LearnWorlds pages and reusable templates.
- Conduct technical testing, troubleshoot issues, and prepare implementation documentation.

Required skills





- Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring LearnWorlds.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with LMS content and user migration.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Stripe integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Desirable

- Experience migrating WordPress LMS environments.
- Familiarity with CPD, accreditation, or healthcare education platforms.
- Experience with large learner databases and data validation.
