- Provide robust support in the development and implementation of L & OD initiatives to enhance Functional Skilling, Certifications, Behavioural Capability Development, contributing to the organization’s Mission to be Wealth Creator for every Indian
- Training logistics coordination: Overseeing all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating with vendors and participants such as: Rendezvous with MD&CEO;, Head-HR Connect. HR Induction, Senior Hire Orientation, etc
- Follow through the process of IAS- Induct-Assimilate-Settle (NAVigate program)
- Managing Vendor empanelment and Payment process on our Finance Portal
- Collaborating with the internal marketing team to promote training initiatives such as: Reimbursements, various webinars, external training expert-driven programs, etc.
- Support in managing the Reward and Recognition Portfolio (SPOT Awards, Achievers Awards) in partnership with Marketing team
- Zero Audit observations - should be keeping all the training data records up-to-date as per the Audit requirements and should have 100% accuracy
- Training Evaluation and Feedback: Gathering participant feedback,



conducting post-training evaluations, and assessments to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Analysing the collected data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for modifications.
- Training Platform Administration: Managing training databases and platforms such as Training Tracker, Certification Tracker, Reimbursement Tracker (and reimbursement recovery process), Gauging the Stars Platform, Zing Learn Platform to track and monitor employee training progress. Generating reports on training activities and outcomes for review by management, essentially feeding into the Training Dashboards designed by IT and HR Analytics team members.

Job Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years in managing core Training Operations
- Excellent Excel Skills - Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics, analytics, and reporting
- Good at making Presentations, Canva, Emailers, Creative Collaterals
- Excellent Communication Skills – written and spoken (non-negotiable)
