Role Purpose - Provide a concise overview of the role, outlining its primary objective, key contribution, and impact on business outcomes.

- Develop and maintain the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Design and development of training materials, presentations and resources to support learning objectives and outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Monitor and evaluate training delivery and effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain, Track and Report Training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.

Must Have

- MBA from Tier 1 /2 Business Institution
- 5+ Years of experience in relevant field
- LMS, TNI & TNA, Training Calendar

• Training session delivery on soft skills

- Analytical and problem-solving ability • Ownership and execution excellence
