Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for pharmaceutical and life sciences requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in pharma hiring, team management, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical and healthcare requirements.
2. Handle hiring across multiple pharma functions, including:
3. Manage junior recruiters and ensure timely closure of open positions.
4. Handle leadership, mid-level and senior-level hiring.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
6.



Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
7. Monitor recruitment KPIs, TAT, offer-to-join ratio and team productivity.
8. Drive bulk hiring and niche pharma recruitment mandates.
9. Manage salary negotiations, offer management and candidate onboarding.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably Pharma.
- Experience in team handling / recruitment team leadership.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust stakeholder and client management skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry functions and designations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
