SpazioLiv is a growing interior design and execution company focused on delivering thoughtfully designed living spaces. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function and drive end-to-end recruitment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, including Sales, Design, Operations, Presales, HR and Support Functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities in coordination with department heads and hiring managers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for role suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback and selection processes with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, follow-ups and candidate onboarding coordination.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio and hiring closures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and regular hiring reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
- Prior experience hiring for Sales, Design, Operations or Interior Design / Real Estate / Construction industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, organised and target-oriented approach.
