We are currently looking for an Associate Director AI (L5) to lead AI initiatives for one of our business entities. This is a senior leadership role that combines client advisory, AI strategy, solution architecture and technical leadership, with a focus on translating business priorities into scalable AI solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Role Overview: The role involves partnering with senior client stakeholders, account leaders and internal AI teams to identify AI opportunities, shape solutions and drive engagements from initial discussions and proposals through experimentation, production deployment and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Advisory & AI Strategy

- Lead discussions with C-suite and senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Understand business priorities and identify opportunities for AI adoption and transformation.
- Translate business challenges into feasible AI solutions and strategic roadmaps.

1. AI Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Own and guide enterprise AI solution architectures across data, models, applications and integrations.
- Evaluate and drive the adoption of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases and Agentic AI workflows.
- Assess foundation models and emerging AI technologies, balancing performance, security, scalability and cost.

1. Solutioning & Business Development

- Lead AI solutioning, proposals, RFP/RFI responses and client pursuits.
- Define solution scope, estimates, dependencies and delivery approach in collaboration with account and delivery teams.




- Ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned with business objectives.

1. POC to Production Delivery

- Direct AI proof of concepts and pilot initiatives with measurable success criteria.
- Drive successful transition of validated solutions into production environments.
- Ensure adoption, operational ownership and measurable client outcomes.

1. AI Governance & Risk Management

- Establish governance around data privacy, security, responsible AI, model evaluation, IP protection and risk management.
- Ensure appropriate controls are embedded throughout AI solution development and deployment.

1. Team & Practice Leadership

- Build and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams and technical leaders.
- Establish technical excellence, strengthen engineering practices and drive capability development.
- Collaborate with the AI Centre of Excellence and technology partners to develop reusable AI offerings and accelerators.

- Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector Databases – Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.
- Agentic AI and AI Agent Workflows
- LangChain, LangGraph and LlamaIndex
- Python, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Enterprise AI Architecture and Cloud AI platforms
- AI Governance, Model Evaluation and MLOps/LLMOps
