Position overview

Position: Leader of Work Force (STF).

Training: Up to 6 months at Oyakata Skill Training Centre (Hosur), with hostel, food and transport provided.

Stipend during training: N5 level INR 5,000 / N4 INR 10,000 / N3 INR 15,000 per month.

Role: Stands between the site workers and engineers. Receives instructions, leads a team of workers, and reports.

Workplace: Mumbai, from June 2027 onwards.

- Become a member of a large-scale construction project in Mumbai, working at the heart of a big construction site.
- Become a regular employee of a listed company group.
- Learn Japanese-style site management and grow as a leader who connects workers and engineers.

After reaching JLPT N4 (or equivalent such as JFT-Basic): interview and then an offer. Salary after joining (per month):



Basic INR 35,000 + one month's bonus / Standard INR 45,000 / Senior INR 55,000.

Candidate requirements

- Age: late 20s to early 30s preferred.
- Education: Diploma, ITI or similar.
- Experience: Construction site experience is significant. Team-leader experience is a plus.
- Language: Hindi and English are mandatory. Marathi is a plus.
- Japanese: Not required at entry. Candidates will reach N4 through our training.
- Must be willing to work in Mumbai from June 2027 onwards.
