- Lead and Manage a Team of Trainers handling the Direct Sales Channel.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Business Heads to Understand Training Requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant Experience in Training within the Life Insurance Industry.
- Experience in Handling and Managing a Team of Trainers.
