We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Java Lead Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, messaging technologies, and relational databases.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, experience in designing and developing scalable applications, and the ability to lead development activities while ensuring high-quality code and engineering practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Programming: Robust experience in Java 8+.
- Testing: TDD, Unit Testing, Mocking frameworks (Mockito, etc.).
- BDD: Experience with Cucumber and BDD practices.
- Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
- Architecture: SOA, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs.
- Messaging: RabbitMQ, AMQP, JMS, Apache Kafka.
- Persistence: SQL, JDBC, JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data.
- Build Tools: Maven, Gradle.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, In-Memory Databases.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
- Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Drive coding standards, best practices, and code quality.
- Implement unit testing, TDD, and BDD practices.
- Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive their resolution.
